Meet the Author

Engineer and entrepreneur turned author, CP McCollum, writes very imaginative and thought provoking stories and lessons. Having practiced electrical engineering and having been involved in several business ventures over many years has given him a wellspring of knowledge to draw upon. He founded several technology companies and has been awarded eight patents to date.

His interests and authorship run from fiction to non-fiction, technology to biographical; ancient and modern history and the rise of the peoples of the earth, economics, Christianity, politics, science, and futurism; to numerous widely varied and eclectic subjects.

He mainly writes recurring themes based on the observation that what has plagued mankind for eons, and still does today is the autocratic, or oligarchic structure of human societies based on a pyramid shape of power, in-which wealthy individuals and powerful groups are at the top, manipulating the political process in order to dictate the terms of human civilization.

Also recurring in Mr. McCollum's writings is the recognition that the pyramid shape of human social structure is ordained by natural forces, which are necessary to preserve the human race and drive human progress.  Within all of this is the hope, observation, and recognition that these structures and their drivers are changing over time, and are currently, rapidly accelerating toward an era when rigid, top-down political structures have become obsolete, which is liberating of the common people of all races and creeds.

Whether fiction or otherwise, his writings are from the the heart, the depths of a vivid imagination, and his own life.  He lives in Florida with his family.
